Her strength comes from her faith and life experience, and the love she shows to all comes from truly understanding people. Oriana believes everyone deserves to be given the chance to live a creative, wholesome life, and to make a difference - even the seemingly unlovable or undeserving. We are all someone's child, and we all need to feel loved and valued from the beginning.

Oriana has trained internationally in WTF Freestyle Martial Arts and is a third Dan black belt, currently working towards achieving her 4th Dan Master’s degree. She trained in Advanced Thought Field Therapy at the Norwich Hypnotherapy Practice, and with with the Coaching Academy as a Life Coach and NLP practitioner. Oriana has also worked in professional childcare since 1983 and, in recent years, close protection for international celebrities.

Her experience as a Director in the Martial Arts Industry spanned right across England and Wales, teaching Instructors, starting up and troubleshooting new Academies, holding character training workshops in primary and secondary schools as well as teaching GCSE courses in Tae Kwon Do and self defence. Oriana was invited as a Guest Speaker at the Healthy Life Show in Westpoint, has taught Police and RAF personnel, and she is currently a member of the Counter-Terrorism Awareness group with Westminster Police.

Oriana has always taken a great interest in her local Community, serving the last 3 years as Chairperson of  her local Residents’ Association and Neighbourhood Watch Group in conjunction with the local Police 'Safer Neighbourhoods Team', for the benefit of almost 1,000 homes. Oriana is a Community Crime-fighting Champion, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Development Trust. She also volunteers as a Youth Group leader, is involved in her local Ward Forum, Youth Partnership Steering Group and Village Parking Management Schemes.

Oriana managed 18 large Corporate buildings in Central London, and worked in surveillance with one of the largest camera teams in the country, before taking the final step into full time Life Coaching two years ago. Since then she has coached and mentored a wide variety of individuals, from young children to military personnel, families, top executives, company directors and ‘masterclass’ groups.

A personal message from Oriana:

As a 'Lightworker', I believe we live eternally when our impact on others means we are remembered fondly, and when we live with an everyday closeness to God. Our soul's light shines more brightly in life's darker places, and the greatest achievements are those which seem hardest to bear at the time but which we somehow find the strength to overcome. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote 'The world breaks everyone, and afterwards many are stronger in the broken places'. Personal tragedy can help us to appreciate each new day more fully, and to remain humble in the face of success. 

An old Chinese proverb tells us - 'Before enlightenment, chop wood and carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood and carry water'. I love that proverb because it helps us to see the joy of living a simple, clean life fully immersed in the present moment, in perfect harmony with our surroundings.
